Job Requirements
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- capable of working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- physical ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- ability to climb up and down ladders safely
- exposure to varying temperature and humidity conditions while performing job duties
- ability to operate power equipment when certified
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- knowledge of guest service fundamentals
- ability to follow multi-step processes
- attention to detail
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as tasks are completed
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs
- execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- operate power equipment when certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- perform processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work to enable efficient delivery
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes while maintaining compliance
