Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Ability to climb ladders
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks

- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve business priorities including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader
- Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
