Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders safely
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Able to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Physical stamina to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales floor operations
- Capability to learn and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe guests to understand if assistance is needed and tailor approach accordingly
- Engage with guests by asking questions to identify their specific needs
- Ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock, accurately signed and priced
- Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes for GM areas
- Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety procedures
- Support guest services such as backup cashier and digital fulfillment while maintaining compliance
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety and ethical standards
