The role offered is that of a Restaurant General Manager in a full-time capacity, an essential leadership position within the AES Restaurant Group. This position involves steering the restaurant team towards operational success while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and workplace safety. The Restaurant General Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating a positive work environment, ensuring not only the satisfaction of guests but also the development, safety, and well-being of the restaurant team. Through the proficient use of AES Systems and adherence to restaurant controls, including cash and inventory management, the manager will be instrumental in achieving the restaurant's service, operational, and financial goals.

The manager’s responsibilities extend to overseeing profit and loss statements, driving customer service excellence, managing speed of service and quality control, and ensuring compliance with all government regulations and company policies. Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching

Job Duties

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • Hire, train & coach the team
  • Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Manage profit and loss statements and take appropriate action to improve results
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, food safety, and company policies
