Your leadership will be central to fostering team growth, workplace safety, and employee satisfaction.
As the face of the restaurant, you will lead by example to ensure every guest receives outstanding service, meaning your focus will extend beyond daily operations to include hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of your team members. You will use AES's proprietary systems to manage restaurant operations effectively, covering aspects like accurate forecasting and the development of efficient work schedules.
Operational control is a huge part of the role, where you will implement stringent restaurant controls to safeguard company assets, including cash management and inventory oversight. Meeting and exceeding key performance targets around service quality, operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and safety will be an ongoing focus.
AES sets clear goals in areas such as guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety. You will regularly evaluate food and labor cost variances and take corrective action to optimize results. Your expertise will extend to profit and loss (P&L) management, operations management, food and labor cost control, regulatory compliance, and adherence to all health, safety, and cash handling policies. AES fosters an environment of inclusivity and equal opportunity, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly without discrimination. With active participation in E-Verify, they also maintain compliance with employment verification requirements.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a well-respected and goal-focused company with a vision to become the favorite fast food destination for guests.
