As a part of its continued growth and dedication to excellence, AES is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager. This role is vital to the success of the restaurant, focusing on delivering an outstanding dining experience while providing strong leadership and operational oversight. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere for guests and team members, ensuring that all operational standards are met efficiently and effectively.

The Restaurant General Manager leads by example, guiding their team to provide exceptional service, maintain high standards of food quality, manage operational budgets, and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching staff to ensure the team meets high performance standards. The manager will also utilize AES systems for scheduling and accurate financial projections while implementing restaurant controls, such as cash handling and inventory management. Setting and achieving goals related to service quality, operations, and financial results is a core part of this role.

Job Requirements

  • must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions
