- Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel booking
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex international ticketing
- Minimum of 2 years native Sabre GDS experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in traveler-facing customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Understanding of travel policies
- Collaborative team player

Job Duties
- Manage global travel logistics and crew rotations adhering to company policies
- Provide high-quality customer service to executives and employees for all travel needs
- Utilize Sabre GDS for complex fare construction, exchanges, and ticketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient travel arrangements
- Handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
- Support a positive and inclusive work environment by sharing knowledge and communicating clearly
- Balance traveler satisfaction with cost-effective travel solutions
