The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Operations Director 2 role at Northrop Grumman is a pivotal leadership position within the Defense Systems Sector. With a responsibility to build and lead a team of analysts, compliance specialists, and process engineers, the director fosters a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning across the supply chain organization.

This role also includes stakeholder engagement where the director chairs operations review meetings to present performance metrics, risks, and improvement strategies to senior leadership. Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $190,100 to $330,100 with eligibility for bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans. The position may require up to 25% travel, primarily to regional sites, and candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. The company’s commitment to equal opportunity and diversity makes this an exciting opportunity for those seeking to lead in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with state-of-the-art technology and a culture of innovation and integrity.
