Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or HR
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing
  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms
  • Skilled in video editing and graphic design tools
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy laws
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area
  • Ability to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday, work remotely Monday and Friday

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or HR
  • Minimum 2 years in digital marketing combined with at least 1 year of HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management
  • Skilled in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws applicable to digital content
  • Proven experience working in diverse teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project reporting and interdepartmental communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media campaigns and digital marketing efforts

Job Duties

  • Develop, curate, and manage content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and internal channels
  • Implement and manage social media strategies to enhance online presence and engagement
  • Provide consultation and support to improve shipboard work and living environments
  • Assist in managing projects and initiatives that benefit shipboard and shoreside employees
  • Support employee engagement initiatives including surveys and recognition programs
  • Create visual content such as graphics and videos to support digital marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication with organizational goals
  • Design and implement communication plans conveying company policies and updates
  • Monitor and analyze digital content performance, provide reports, and optimize strategies
