Job Requirements
- 5+ years B2B channel event experience in vendor, reseller or distributor within IT sector
- experience in global marketing roles
- proficiency in project management with budget oversight
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- location preferably near Lenovo office in Morrisville, North Carolina
- willingness to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
- minimum 5 years of B2B channel event experience in the IT sector
- experience in a global marketing role
- proven project management skills including budget and business review processes
- strong organizational and planning abilities
- team player with experience in a global matrix organization
- excellent stakeholder management including executive leadership
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead the logistical execution of key global channel events including Lenovo 360 Circle Summit, Tech Connect Symposiums and GCAB
- create blueprint and support execution on Geo Partner Advisory Councils
- support the execution of Lenovo 360 Accelerate across brand and content workstreams
- collaborate with channel alliances teams, business groups, corporate and geo event teams, and third-party agencies to ensure seamless event delivery
- develop event plans, internal communications, and briefing documents
- align with communications lead to promote events externally through social media and PR
- manage the budget ensuring effective use of funds and compliance
- support other global channel events, both offline and online
- own Lenovo 360 webinar program maintaining platform management and content alignment
- manage event content on Highspot pages
- develop and track project plans through Monday.com
- act as an ambassador for global channel marketing by building strong cross-functional relationships
- work in partnership with the ISO Global Channel Team to execute the Lenovo 360 vision
- manage third-party agency relationships to maximize performance
- drive consistency of message and improve global channel execution efficiency
