Job Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in marketing or innovation
- bachelor's degree in marketing business or related field preferred
- broad skillset with good judgment and a mature practical strategic and commercial mindset
- curiosity for learning with a consumer and customer centric approach
- an entrepreneurial self-starter who deals confidently with the unknown

Job Duties
- be a change agent in shifting and transforming innovation approach and capabilities at SGS to create fewer, bigger and better innovations
- project management of a wide range of key initiatives connected to innovation ensuring key aspects are delivered within timelines and budget
- support the team in the identification of and creation of key platforms for innovation synthesizing multiple data/sources and research to provide a framework that can be utilized by the organization as a whole
- assist with the integration of innovation process throughout business and help deliver key tools and training required including providing key financial metrics and sizing guidance
- provide key support to internal portfolio reviews and the Seed to Sip Gate process
- manage the Innovation and Futures budget to ensure spend is managed in line with budgets and projects are kept on track
- assist with management of key agencies ensuring workplans are delivered to high standards within KPIs
