Job Requirements

  • First class medical required
  • must be able to work on an on-call basis
  • must complete ICAO International procedures training annually
  • must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KAPA

Job Qualifications

  • Total time of 3000 hours, PIC time of 1500 hours, MEL time of 1500 hours, MEL PIC time of 500 hours, Turbo Jet time of 500 hours, Instrument time of 250 hours, NBAA CAM certification or applicable leadership training preferred, experience in training flight operations personnel, budget development and management experience, college degree or advanced non-flight training, strong interpersonal communication skills, experience contributing to flight operations best practices, experience typed on Global 6500

Job Duties

  • Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies, monitors personal appearance and conduct of personnel, maintains a current file of all company memorandums, coordinates and schedules crew and maintenance personnel training, manages all non-client initiated flights, develops reliable scheduling procedures with clients, approves and manages personal time off for personnel, updates flight coordinators on schedule changes, conducts coordination meetings with personnel, approves expense accounts, participates in interview processes, solicits client officer input for operational issues, submits required operations reports, revises manuals and publications, maintains training and flight time records, ensures timely submission of operational data, promotes customer goodwill and company reputation, actively participates in safety management system initiatives
