- Ability to coach and train Barista associates
- Knowledge of customer service standards
- Experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make appropriate suggestions
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring and training Barista associates
- Supervise Certified Barista associates to follow store policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain customer service area and equipment cleanliness
- Prepare customer beverage orders to Price Chopper standards
- Perform cleaning tasks according to schedules
- Follow merchandising standards, stocking, and rotation
- Conduct equipment maintenance as scheduled
- Perform cash handling and register procedures
- Follow inventory control policies
- Manage product and supply orders
- Keep accurate records
- Complete Initial Store Training and pass Barista certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
