Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to perform cash handling and inventory control
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to complete Barista Certification with 90% score
- Ability to coach and train associates
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Perform sampling and suggestive selling
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new associates to Barista Certification
- Ensure all Barista associates follow store and Price Chopper policies and procedures
- Follow health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain customer service area and equipment clean and appealing
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders to Price Chopper standards
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with schedules and standards
- Follow all merchandising standards, stocking, and rotation
- Assure equipment maintenance follows procedure and schedule
- Perform cash handling and register policies and procedures
- Follow inventory control policies
- Manage product and supply orders
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping according to Price Chopper procedures
- Complete Initial Store Training and pass Barista certification with 90% or better
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
