- Must have a current food handler's card or certificate
- must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility
- must have open weekend night availability (Friday-Sunday 3pm-10pm)
- must be able to pass a drug test

Job Duties
- Acknowledging and welcoming incoming guests
- inputting orders at the counter
- taking payment for To Go / Pick Up orders
- retrieving food for To Go / Pick Up guests
- communicating with kitchen about the status of paid orders
- keeping track of paid waiting and paid to go guests
- double checking all items before giving an order to a guest
- ensuring that guests picking up food have all necessary items such as plates, napkins, and condiments
- thanking and welcoming back all guests
- directing guests to other parts of the restaurant such as the seater podium, bar, or restrooms
- maintaining the cash drawer including handling money accurately, giving correct change, and breaking bills for employees
- backing up other front-of-house positions as needed
- answering phone calls promptly and courteously
- prioritizing and managing phone calls efficiently
- taking orders quickly and accurately during phone calls
- providing accurate promise times for pick up and delivery orders
- answering guest questions politely
- taking messages for management
