Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a lounge, bar, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for hospitality
- Prolonged periods standing, walking, and preparing drinks
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must be legal drinking age or older

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing menu recommendations, taking orders accurately, and delivering beverages promptly to enhance their lounge experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tops, equipment, and storage areas, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the venue's cleanliness standards
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption, identifying signs of intoxication, and taking appropriate steps to ensure responsible service and guest safety
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, anticipating their needs, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly, and ensuring their overall satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and seamless service for guests enjoying both lounge and dining experiences
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Assist in inventory management tasks, such as restocking supplies, conducting regular stock counts, and placing orders to maintain adequate inventory levels and minimize waste
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, contributing to a positive work environment and upholding the venue's reputation for excellence
