Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- must be TIPS certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
- knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service
- ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be available for early morning shifts
- ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care
- maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards
- demonstrate full knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu offerings
- accurately take and enter orders into the Toast system and ensure food and beverage are delivered promptly and correctly
- stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws
- assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties
- communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service
- perform other related duties as assigned
