Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least minimum age to serve liquor
- Must have knowledge of spirits brands and bar service
- Knowledge of liquor commission rules and regulations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and verbal instructions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of brands of various spirits such as whiskeys, bourbons, scotches, cordials
- Training in bar service and drinks
- Knowledge of liquor commission rules and regulations
- Ability to calculate simple math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and personable manner
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays
- Ability to handle problems involving several variables
- Capability to work in fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency

Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of departmental policies service procedures standards
- Meet and greet customers as they arrive, supplying information as needed
- Clean bar area before prepping
- Check bars for discrepancies in sinks, jockey boxes, beer boxes, utensils, floors, trash receptacles, empty boxes, glasses
- Set floor mats and bar tops with pouring mats, napkin straw dispensers, garnish trays
- Replenish and restock liquor, beer, wines and other bar items
- Prepare inventory of bar items nightly
- Clean and mop bar at end of shift
- Attend staff meetings including training and operational
- Maintain positive guest relations
- Communicate with supervisor verbally and in writing throughout shift
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Respect and honesty in dealings with guests and team members
- May be assigned other duties by Luau Manager on duty
