Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
  • successful completion of pre-employment drug tests and background checks
  • knowledge of basic mathematics
  • ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters, and price gun
  • capacity to perform basic cake decorating and baking tasks
  • strong customer service skills
  • adherence to safety protocols
  • physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and handle environmental conditions such as cold and heat
  • frequent use of repetitive hand and foot movements
  • ability to work in environments with potential exposure to noise, sharp objects, chemicals, and other hazards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 3 to 6 years of supervisory experience
  • proficiency in bakery equipment operation
  • basic cake decorating and baking skills
  • strong customer service skills
  • exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication abilities
  • competence with business software applications
  • food safety certification or ability to obtain within 180 days
