Job Requirements
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- ability to operate pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment
- ability to operate battery hoist
- compliance with all company policies and procedures
- commitment and ability to work safely
- ability to work the entire shift including overtime if necessary
- physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform required physical duties

- willingness to assist in other departments as business needs require

- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing, crouching, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, handling repetitive movements
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- perform duties of a warehouse worker
- utilize order picker to pick products to fill customer orders or replenish pick slots
- build pallets of products picked and record daily actions using voice-command, pick sheets, and power-warehouse
- fit products on pallets, ensuring heavy products are placed on the bottom to reduce damage, wrap pallets with plastic, and load onto trailers
- operate electric pallet jack to load products onto delivery trucks
- perform duties of a warehouse clerk
- operate stand-up forklift to put away or let down pallets into warehouse racks
- manually lift pallets and stock or pick cases of product into warehouse racks
- record daily actions using radio frequency computer terminal
- perform duties of a selector by selecting grocery, perishable, and frozen items, palletizing, wrapping, and loading them onto trailers
- perform duties of a backhauler by operating pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets off inbound trucks and compile products onto pallets
- perform duties of a porter by cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and product slots, cleaning warehouses offices, break areas, and restrooms
- work overtime if necessary to meet business needs and assist other departments as assigned
