Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or custodial roles preferred but not required
- ability to adhere to safety policies and food sanitation procedures
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to handle job demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking or standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
- must be self-motivated and take pride in performing quality work
Job Qualifications
- demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- good physical condition to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and walking
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
- report any issues to management
- perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- ensure security of company assets
