Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a similar sanitation or utility role is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo background checks if required
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Able to follow safety procedures related to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Possesses physical capability for tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to use required uniforms and personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink, and related areas
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition and report issues to management
- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
