Job Requirements
- Valid Arizona driver license at time of hire
- Ability to work approximately 18 hours per week including afternoons and weekends
- Outgoing personality and enjoys working in group settings
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug screening
- Complete education and experience verification
- Successfully pass fingerprinting and motor vehicle records check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service or community outreach preferred
- Ability to work effectively in group settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work afternoons, weekends, and some Saturdays
Job Duties
- Provide clerical support to the Community Center division
- Assist in organizing and facilitating community outreach programs
- Support nutrition programs aimed at diverse populations
- Help coordinate youth and teen programs and activities
- Participate in planning and executing community events
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to program participants and community members
