Job Requirements
- ServSafe/Food Manager Certification required
- Quick-serve pizza experience required (Blackjack Pizza, Domino's, Papa John's, Marcos, etc.)
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience within the food service/retail/customer service industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility
- Ability to calculate/analyze data
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's license
- Personal computer operations are preferred

- Proven experience as a shift manager or similar role with responsibility
- A hands-on, servant leader approach
- Comfort with food preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and computer skills
- A great attitude and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- A 'can-do' attitude with the desire to make a career out of this position
Job Duties
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Leading, directing, and supervising both our in-store and delivery teams
- Maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Ordering food and performing nightly inventories
- Running the store according to Blackjack Pizza & Salads' operating procedures and standards
- Ensuring staff follow health and safety regulations
- Stocking ingredients, preparing products, and processing orders
- Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
- Cleaning equipment and the facility daily
