Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
  • physically able to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear
  • occasionally able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 10 pounds frequently
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Job Qualifications

  • four-year college degree preferred but not required
  • minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience

  • ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

Job Duties

  • manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making
  • support staff and ensure 100% interaction with guests to meet their needs
  • assess staffing needs and recruit staff
  • monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • act as support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • lead and live by PRIDE - passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy
