Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
- physically able to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear
- occasionally able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 10 pounds frequently
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Job Qualifications

- four-year college degree preferred but not required
- minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making
- support staff and ensure 100% interaction with guests to meet their needs
- assess staffing needs and recruit staff
- monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
- act as support system for all areas of the restaurant
- organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
- maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
- ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- lead and live by PRIDE - passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy
