Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Capable of scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Perform team lifts for items 45-100 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, reliable, and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to understand their needs
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
- Thank the guest genuinely and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Select items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home for digital orders
- Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive up orders
- Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials
- Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals
- Own workspace and supplies, keeping equipment and areas organized and stocked
- Properly use equipment following safety best practices
- Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness and quality standards
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely to benefit self and others, identify and correct hazards, comply with safety policies
- Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and drive up
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
