Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • minimum three years leadership experience in QSR or full-service restaurant
  • prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • experience training and leading others
  • strong planning and organizing skills
  • hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to train and drive to assigned locations
  • pass pre-employment background check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurant management
  • prior experience in training and developing staff
  • strong customer service and team leadership skills
  • ability to plan, organize, and manage budgets
  • proven track record in restaurant or hospitality settings
  • high school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
