Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- minimum three years leadership experience in QSR or full-service restaurant
- prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- experience training and leading others
- strong planning and organizing skills
- hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- willingness to train and drive to assigned locations
- pass pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurant management
- prior experience in training and developing staff
- strong customer service and team leadership skills
- ability to plan, organize, and manage budgets
- proven track record in restaurant or hospitality settings
- high school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license
