The Customer Service Representative at Team Wow serves as a vital link between the customer and the store, playing an instrumental role in ensuring the seamless execution of orders and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires engagement with various internal systems like RapidHire and SUTUS reports to monitor and improve service metrics, such as call wait times and on-hold durations, ensuring the customers' experience is as smooth and positive as possible.
In addition to customer interaction, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for coaching and training drivers on hustle techniques to optimize delivery efficiency and tip earnings. Maintaining operational standards is another critical aspect, including load and wait times, driver hustle, and in-store hustle to meet estimated delivery times. Team safety, restaurant cleanliness, and product quality are non-negotiable priorities designed to uphold Domino's reputation and comply with corporate standards.
The role also involves managerial duties such as recruiting new team members who exemplify friendliness and a positive attitude, maintaining labor costs by eliminating overtime through effective staffing, preparing the store for customer satisfaction evaluations, and actively participating in weekly management meetings. Incident reporting procedures require timely communication with the Director of Operations or District Manager and appropriate documentation handling.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Denver Metro area
- Ability to use computer systems including RapidHire and SUTUS
- Strong customer focus and teamwork skills
- Available to work flexible schedules
- Reliable transportation for store visits and driver coaching
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Qualifications
- Must live in or moving to the Denver Metro area
- Experience in customer service or food service industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with operational software like RapidHire and SUTUS

- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Login to RapidHire daily to ensure we are hiring the best people possible
- Review with management team evernote feedback from Director of Operations/District Manager
- Drive with one driver each week at your store and give feedback on how he/she can improve efficiency and tips
- Train drivers how to smart hustle
- Review SUTUS reports daily and work on getting to zero calls on hold and 90% of calls answered in less than 2 rings
- Have detailed notes on free items given away daily
- Maintain load times at 3 minutes or less and wait times at 3 minutes or less
