Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Ability to navigate using maps and directions
  • Capacity to carry up to 50 pounds of inventory
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to follow all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven management or leadership experience in retail or food service
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in basic math and financial record keeping
  • Ability to operate computer systems and ordering software
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in inventory and cash control

Job Duties

  • Oversee all cost controls including inventory, cash, and food management
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image adherence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer relations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures rigorously
  • Drive marketing efforts to promote store profitability
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality of staff
