- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately
- Strong judgment and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle cash and complete related paperwork
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of shift operations including cost controls
- Oversee inventory control and cash control
- Ensure excellent customer relations and service
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Staff scheduling and management
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
- Support marketing and profitability efforts
