Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk short distances frequently
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate adverse terrain during deliveries
- Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills with ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Job Duties
- Responsible for all activities during your shift including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- Manage staffing including hiring, scheduling and training employees
- Ensure food management and store cleanliness standards are met
- Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect store image adhering to company standards
- Provide great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality
- Oversee marketing efforts and ensure store profitability
