Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Strong motor coordination and eye-hand coordination
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and exposure to food odors
- Capability to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Ability to use technology such as computers and cash registers
- Capacity to train and mentor team members
Job Duties
- Manage all store operations during shifts including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
- Set and enforce company policies and procedural standards
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and training activities
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a perfect image
- Oversee customer relations and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage marketing activities to drive store profitability
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety standards
