Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Strong motor coordination and eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and exposure to food odors
  • Capability to operate standard restaurant equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
  • Ability to use technology such as computers and cash registers
  • Capacity to train and mentor team members

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations during shifts including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
  • Set and enforce company policies and procedural standards
  • Lead staffing, scheduling, and training activities
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a perfect image
  • Oversee customer relations and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage marketing activities to drive store profitability
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety standards
