We are a prominent franchisee operating under GoTo Foods, the franchisor for respected and widely recognized brands such as Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice. With multiple locations across the United States, we pride ourselves not only on delivering high-quality food products but also on providing exceptional service to our guests. Our establishments are synonymous with consistency, operational excellence, and an inviting atmosphere, which has helped us build a strong reputation within the food retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated and dynamic General/Store Manager to join our operations.
The General/Store Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the profitability and overall success of our store locations. This position requires a leader who is detail-oriented and able to manage sales targets, labor moderation, and food cost effectively. The manager carries significant responsibility in supervising store operations, including the oversight of staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. This role demands a hands-on approach to leadership where the manager is actively involved on the front line with team members ensuring operational standards are met and exceeded.
This leadership role requires discretion and sound judgment to oversee cash handling procedures, inventory management, safety protocols, and compliance with corporate policies as well as local and federal regulations. The Manager will be tasked with directing daily activities aimed at delivering an outstanding guest experience, driving sales growth through effective marketing initiatives, and maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Additionally, this position involves collaboration with district and corporate leadership and liaison with mall management to support marketing and promotional events.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with experience in retail or food service management, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. The role demands adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and requires availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds

- Agility and stamina for physical tasks
- Assist with training new hires
- Ability to write and communicate effectively in English
- Sensory ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
- Reliable transportation
- Current ServSafe certification or obtain within 30 days
- Food Handler Permit as required by local law
- Compliance with Health Department standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in coaching and developing retail teams
- Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven capability in managing store profitability
- Knowledge of safety and food handling regulations
Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for profitability
- Supervise and direct store staff
