As a General Manager Trainee, your primary responsibility will be leading daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence
- Manage scheduling, training, onboarding new hires, coach and mentor team, identifying and developing future leaders
- Uphold high food quality standards, monitor service, proactively address guest feedback to ensure exceptional dining experience
