Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant operations and large teams
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health safety labor and liquor laws and regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager for a high volume upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Proven leader in high-touch guest-driven environments with a deep understanding of upscale dining service standards and hospitality
  • Demonstrated success building mentoring and retaining high-performing restaurant teams
  • Ability to partner closely with culinary leadership to maintain food quality presentation and guest satisfaction standards
  • Strong financial acumen with proven success managing budgets labor targets and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills calm and patient approachable and kind

Job Duties

  • Lead all front- and back-of-house operations for a high-volume upscale restaurant ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent execution
  • Drive revenue profitability and P&L performance through disciplined labor management cost controls and strategic decision-making
  • Build mentor and inspire a high-performing management team and large hourly staff fostering accountability culture and retention
  • Partner closely with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain excellence in food quality wine service and bar performance
  • Maintain operational systems policies and procedures to ensure consistency compliance and brand standards
  • Lead hiring training performance management and succession planning across all departments
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy growth initiatives and long-term planning
  • Ensure compliance with health safety labor and liquor regulations
