Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Ability to lead large staff effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to quality and excellence
  • Flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Proven experience in general management within upscale fine dining
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operational systems and standards
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience collaborating with culinary teams

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and lead a team of 60-80 staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and chef to ensure exceptional dining experiences
  • Drive growth initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer relations and resolve any issues promptly
