Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Ability to lead large staff effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to quality and excellence
- Flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and lead a team of 60-80 staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and chef to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Drive growth initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer relations and resolve any issues promptly
