Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of general manager experience in upscale full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership skills
- Financial management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general manager in an upscale full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting labor cost control and inventory management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
- Experience working collaboratively with culinary and senior leadership teams
- Ability to maintain a strong floor presence and deliver hands-on leadership
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service strong floor presence and a consistently elevated guest experience
- Lead coach and develop the management and hourly teams fostering a culture of accountability professionalism hospitality and teamwork
- Manage scheduling labor planning ordering inventory and operational systems to support efficiency consistency and financial performance
- Uphold service standards training programs and quality expectations across all areas of the restaurant ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s level of hospitality
- Partner closely with culinary and senior leadership to support smooth communication strong service execution and alignment between front and back of house
- Handle guest relations team performance daily problem-solving and additional operational needs as directed by senior management to ensure a well-run guest-focused restaurant
