Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years restaurant management experience
- Experience running shifts without supervision
- Ability to work a minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health and sanitation laws
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and work autonomously
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields preferred
- Minimum of two years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
- Experience running shifts without supervision
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- Knowledge of labor laws and health and sanitation regulations
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and work autonomously
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew, team members, carhops and skating carhops
- Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards
- Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
- Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Prepares employee work schedules and monitors staffing levels
- Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels and places orders within cost control procedures
- Completes and maintains employment and payroll records
- Reinforces customer service mentality and ensures employee focus on customer service
- Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervisors
- Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management team members
- Prepares operational reports and develops action plans to resolve financial or sales trends
- Develops and implements marketing plans
