Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years restaurant management experience
Experience running shifts without supervision
Ability to work a minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health and sanitation laws
Leadership and supervisory skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic accounting and computer skills
Ability to follow directions and work autonomously
Ability to multitask and solve problems
Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields preferred
Minimum of two years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
Experience running shifts without supervision
Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
Knowledge of labor laws and health and sanitation regulations
Leadership and supervisory skills

Job Duties

Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew, team members, carhops and skating carhops
Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards
Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
Prepares employee work schedules and monitors staffing levels
Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels and places orders within cost control procedures
Completes and maintains employment and payroll records
Reinforces customer service mentality and ensures employee focus on customer service
Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervisors
Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management team members
Prepares operational reports and develops action plans to resolve financial or sales trends
Develops and implements marketing plans
