Job Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
  • Experience working in property industry with demonstrable career progression
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Skills in strategic business leadership and team development
  • Proven ability to analyze business information for decision making
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • Eight years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
  • Or four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • Six years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
  • Prior general manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
  • Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
