Job Requirements
- Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
- Experience working in property industry with demonstrable career progression
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Skills in strategic business leadership and team development
- Proven ability to analyze business information for decision making
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Job Qualifications
- Two-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Eight years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
- Or four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Six years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting
- Prior general manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights

- Developing strategic business plans
- Leading property operations to meet guest and employee satisfaction goals
- Managing sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue
- Overseeing financial performance and budget adherence
- Leading and developing the property leadership team
- Ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards
- Building strong relationships with owners and local community
- Monitoring and improving customer service quality
- Coordinating revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and RevPAR
