Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • TABC certification

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-end restaurant, wine bar, or boutique F&B concept
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine love for wine, food, and people
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven experience managing budgets, scheduling, and vendor relationships
  • TABC certification and familiarity with Texas health code regulations

Job Duties

  • Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of The Board Room
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee daily service for both daytime and evening concepts
  • Manage P&L, labor, inventory, and cost controls to drive profitability
  • Collaborate with ownership on marketing, events, and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement
