Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale software
  • Experience with cash handling and auditing
  • Knowledge of food safety and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience with 3-5 years in retail or restaurant management
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, NCR preferred
  • Skills in profit and loss statement review and presentation
  • Experience in food cost and labor cost management
  • Ability to handle cash and audit procedures accurately
  • Understanding of California labor laws
  • Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
  • Multilingual ability is a plus
