- Skills in profit and loss statement review and presentation
- Experience in food cost and labor cost management
- Ability to handle cash and audit procedures accurately
- Understanding of California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
- Multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate daily store functions including hiring, training, and coaching staff
- Oversee cash handling and audit procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local health regulations
- Manage profit and loss statements to meet financial targets
- Use point-of-sale systems to maximize sales and operational efficiency
- Promote the brand through community partnerships, events, and sampling
