The General Manager role at Petco offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant Pet Care Center that prioritizes pets’ health and welfare while inspiring and guiding a passionate team of partners. As the leader of the center, the General Manager takes on full ownership of the business, accountable for driving performance, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring safe and excellent care for all animals. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for managing the P&L of your Pet Care Center, spearheading sales growth initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding Petco’s high standards of animal care and safety.
