Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years as a general manager at a full-service property with 350+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue
  • demonstrated experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
  • proven success overseeing large-scale convention and conference operations
  • skilled in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with ownership groups
  • solid commercial acumen with expertise in financial oversight and revenue optimization
  • passionate about creating a culture of service excellence and experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing teams

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years as a general manager at a full-service property with 350+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue
  • experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
  • proven success overseeing large-scale convention and conference operations
  • strong commercial acumen and expertise in financial oversight
  • ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
  • food and beverage operations experience preferred
  • prior Hilton brand experience preferred
  • local market experience preferred
