Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • three plus years of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
  • demonstrated leadership managing teams of ten or more
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in environments with common food allergens
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Have three or more years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience
  • have managed teams of ten or more in fast-paced environments
  • able to train, develop, and support employees with care and clarity
  • passionate about building team culture and excellent guest experience
  • ready to manage both people and operations effectively
  • at least eighteen years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily shop operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities
  • hire, train, and develop high-performing teams of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
  • set clear expectations and coach teams with consistency and care
  • deliver hospitality that transforms everyday moments into memorable experiences
  • use data and insights to drive sales, labor management, and guest satisfaction
  • navigate challenges and celebrate team successes with compassion
  • build and maintain strong community relationships and represent the company with generosity
