Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- three plus years of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
- demonstrated leadership managing teams of ten or more
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in environments with common food allergens
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Have three or more years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience
- have managed teams of ten or more in fast-paced environments
- able to train, develop, and support employees with care and clarity
- passionate about building team culture and excellent guest experience
- ready to manage both people and operations effectively
- at least eighteen years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily shop operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities
- hire, train, and develop high-performing teams of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
- set clear expectations and coach teams with consistency and care
- deliver hospitality that transforms everyday moments into memorable experiences
- use data and insights to drive sales, labor management, and guest satisfaction
- navigate challenges and celebrate team successes with compassion
- build and maintain strong community relationships and represent the company with generosity
