- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Four-year college degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making and supporting staff
- Ensure 100% interaction with guests and prioritize guest needs
- Enforce standards for personal performance and maintain highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
- Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
- Act as a support system for all restaurant areas
- Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant environment
- Lead and embody PRIDE values (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy)
