With a vibrant and lively bar and entertainment atmosphere complemented by an outstanding menu, this establishment provides a memorable dining experience that guests won't soon forget. Known for its commitment to creating the perfect blend of great food, beverages, and hospitality, Rock Bottom Rest and Brewery also offers an exciting and professional work environment. The company proudly embraces the values of PRIDE — Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy — ensuring that both guests and employees benefit from an atmosphere of excellence and care.

The General Manager role at Rock Bottom Rest and Brewery is a pivotal leadership position responsible for providing outstanding supervision and operational management of the restaurant. This individual will lead with enthusiasm and a focused dedication to delivering high-quality food and beverage service while fostering a safe, sanitary, and spotlessly clean environment. As a key member of the restaurant management team, the General Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all restaurant operations adhering to the company’s rigorous standards. This position offers a rewarding salary range from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with excellent health benefits and a 401k plan with company match.

This role requires hands-on leadership, including on-the-spot decision-making during shifts and full interaction with guests and staff to ensure their needs are always the priority. The General Manager will oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members, monitor purchasing and food preparation processes to guarantee consistency with recipe and portion standards, and maintain superior levels of hospitality and quality. The company's culture emphasizes career growth and professional development within a casual yet structured workplace, making this an exceptional opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager who is passionate about leading teams to success. Comprehensive benefits accompany the role, featuring medical, dental, and vision options, paid vacation and sick leave, plus company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as complementary perks. Candidates who identify with the company's core values and seek an energized and rewarding management position will find Rock Bottom Rest and Brewery to be a perfect fit.
