Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- five years related work experience
- management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification required
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, or smell
- ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- specific vision including color vision
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
- five years related work experience
- management experience preferred
- general manager experience preferred
- ServSafe certified
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- proficiency in staff development and training
- ability to maintain high quality service and guest satisfaction
- skilled in operational procedures and compliance
- capable of multitasking and problem-solving
Job Duties
- Oversees and supervises day-to-day activities
- plans and organizes work
- communicates and enforces policies and procedures
- ensures prompt and efficient service of all meals, functions and beverage to the required standards
- trains Front of House staff on SOPs and service standards
- provides staff counseling, coaching, and discipline
- ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- maintains a safe working and guest environment
- responds to guest complaints and takes action to resolve issues
- circulates throughout the restaurant maintaining high profile with customers and staff
- monitors industry trends and suggests improvements
- achieves budgeted revenues and controls expenses and labor costs
- maintains security and proper storage of inventory and equipment
- ensures restaurant equipment and facilities are clean and operational
- attends food and beverage meetings
- manages financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and timely
- maintains professional restaurant image
- oversees the Wine Cellar management
- oversees Bar R'evolution operations and inventories
- develops employees with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- performs other assigned duties as needed
