You will also maintain required documentation in partnership with Area Coaches, Directors of Operations, and Human Resources to uphold operational integrity.
Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership by example, upholding high standards in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. The role demands a business ownership mentality, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. The General Manager must be physically capable of handling some demands such as lifting 25-85 pounds and standing for extended periods. Strict adherence to cash handling protocols, confidentiality of operational procedures, and ensuring workplace safety around high-temperature equipment are also imperative.

- relevant experience in restaurant operations or management
