Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Guide and motivate the Management team including scheduling and setting clear expectations
- Evaluate and coach Management performance ensuring accountability and growth
- Develop and manage financial budgets across weekly, monthly, and yearly timelines
- Ensure all operations enhance the Guest experience at every level
- Uphold and model high operational and quality standards for Team Members
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and the Management team
- Promote positive Team Member behavior by leading change initiatives
- Drive business outcomes by effectively managing costs within Chili's framework
- Implement operational systems including performing regular quality checks
- Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for career advancement
- Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and foster community relationships
- Practice safe food handling procedures diligently
