Job Requirements

  • sushi experience of at least 5 years
  • restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Toast POS or similar systems
  • commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards
  • willingness to work full-time on-site

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant management or similar role within the food service industry
  • strong knowledge of food preparation techniques kitchen management practices and sanitation standards
  • familiarity with inventory control processes and cost management strategies
  • excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain guest satisfaction
  • experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
  • demonstrated ability to train motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • sushi restaurant management experience highly desired
  • revolving sushi experience highly desired

Job Duties

  • manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation kitchen management and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • oversee staff training programs to enhance team performance and ensure exceptional customer service
  • utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management
  • monitor food production processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served
  • foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork communication and professional growth among staff members
  • ensure a very clean and fresh experience for all guests to enjoy
