Job Requirements

  • sushi experience of at least 5 years
  • restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Toast POS or similar systems
  • commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards
  • willingness to work full-time on-site

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant management or similar role within the food service industry
  • strong knowledge of food preparation techniques kitchen management practices and sanitation standards
  • familiarity with inventory control processes and cost management strategies
  • excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain guest satisfaction
  • experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
