Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of restaurant and bar management experience
  • Experience in front-of-house operations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Manager Level Food Certification required
  • Title 4 AZ Liquor Certification required
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Regular attendance required
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds
  • Pass background check
  • Ability to use POS and payroll systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Five or more years of progressive leadership in restaurant and bar management
  • Hands-on experience with front-of-house operations
  • Experience with beverage on-course preferred
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Knowledge of dining service standards and wine/beverage programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems
  • Skilled in scheduling and payroll software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Manager Level Food Certification
  • Title 4 AZ Liquor Certification

Job Duties

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations for dining, bar service, and on-course beverage areas
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure high culinary standards
  • Oversee staffing schedules, labor management, and workflow
  • Manage inventory including ordering and controlling food and beverage supplies
  • Handle complaints concerning food, beverages, or service and report to senior management
  • Lead implementation of menus, promotions, and special events
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and presentation standards
  • Manage annual operating budget focusing on revenue growth and expense control
  • Monitor beverage and labor cost percentages ensuring service quality
  • Oversee purchasing and vendor management
  • Drive revenue through promotions and seasonal features
  • Recruit, train, and coach front-of-house staff
  • Create a positive, energetic workplace culture
  • Ensure team meets performance expectations
  • Promote collaboration across departments
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
